Every day the students and teachers at Yocum work together to learn and explore in fun and creative ways. We wanted the outside of the building to reflect the amazing things going on inside them each day, which led us to create our mural. The design was voted on by teh faculty and staff of the school, and first grade students helped with the painting, since the mural faces their building. As a result, we were able to create a project that reflects the "community" that we daily work to foster in our school.
