If you are participating in Blended (On-site) Learning and have previously enrolled in El Dorado Schools, you do not need to complete any forms. Please review the information from the Ready for Learning Plan regarding on-campus procedures and protocols with your child.
If you previously enrolled in WOA and would like to change to Blended (On-site) Learning, email your written request to withdraw from WOA, including your child’s name and grade level, to the contact person for your school.
